Your benefits of vacuum packaging

Vacuum packaging offers clear advantages in daily use:

  • significantly longer shelf life by removing oxygen
  • protection against oxidation, moisture and drying out
  • preservation of taste, texture and nutritional value
  • hygienic packaging without external influences
  • more efficient storage thanks to reduced package size
  • more economical purchasing through larger batches

How do vacuum chamber machines work?

The open, filled bag is placed in the vacuum chamber and the chamber is closed.
This creates a hermetically sealed space.

The vacuum pump then removes the air from the entire chamber as well as from the bag itself. Once the desired vacuum level has been reached, the packaging is sealed permanently.

After that, ambient air flows back into the chamber – the product can be removed.
