Benefits of Vacuum Packaging

Vacuum packaging offers clear benefits in daily operation:

  • significantly extended shelf life due to oxygen removal
  • protection against oxidation, moisture, and dehydration
  • preservation of taste, texture, and nutritional value
  • hygienic packaging without external influences
  • more efficient storage thanks to reduced package volume
  • more economical purchasing through larger batches

How do vacuum chamber machines work?

The open, filled bag is placed into the vacuum chamber, and the chamber is closed.
This creates a hermetically sealed space.

Subsequently, the vacuum pump extracts air from the entire chamber and the bag itself. Once the desired vacuum level is reached, the packaging is permanently sealed.

Afterward, ambient air flows back into the chamber – the product can then be removed.
